IT Titan processes operational data from your field service management software to provide automation, scheduling, and reporting features. This data is handled strictly to provide the service and is never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
3. Security
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your sensitive credentials. All ServiceTitan API keys and secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and are never accessible in plaintext through the user interface.
4. Support & Logs
When you contact support or submit a ticket, we retain the information you provide to resolve your request. We also collect basic usage logs to monitor system health and improve platform performance.
